To kick things off, the first thing we do is get to know you. Your story is central to the onboarding process so we spend time understanding your company and its background, culture and aspirations.
This stage is vital to ensure that we enthuse your new starters all the way from acceptance to start date and beyond. This is also the most fun stage and our clients often uncover some gems of information that they didn’t know existed.
We’ll design your site and plan out the onboarding journey and the content. We can design all your onboarding content from scratch, use content you already have available or use a combination of the two. Either way, your platform and content will truly reflect who you are as a company and a brand.
We’ll make sure that the love and attention you have given your candidates throughout the recruitment process will be maintained, which means that your recruitment team can concentrate on finding the next star candidates knowing they’ll be looked after too.
Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll build your onboarding platform, putting in place the process and content. We’ll keep you involved and informed throughout the process so that any tweaks and adjustments can be made.
Then follows a period of testing, to ensure that everything works as you want it to, and your new starters will be delighted by their onboarding experience.
Following the build and testing period, we’ll deploy your onboarding platform and you can then give all your new starters a login. This is where it gets really exciting for you and your new starters.
Of course we’ll be on hand to make any minor adjustments as needed as people progress through their onboarding experience. We’ll be right there with you supporting your recruitment team.
Once everything is up and running we’ll manage the platform and monitor the new starters as required. We can be as hands-on as you like, right down to delivering live webinars for you, or just being in the background and making sure that everyone is looked after.
You’ll be able to report on completions and see whether anyone is becoming disengaged. All you need to do then is to sit back and welcome your fully engaged, motivated new starters on their first day!
